Our reverse osmosis desalination plant is among the finest in the industry. Reverse osmosis, also known as hyper filtration, is used to reject bacteria, sugars, proteins, particles, dyes and other constituents that have a molecular weight of greater than 150 to 250 dalton. Typically, brackish water contains approximately 0.5 to 30 grams of salt per liter (or 0.5 to 30 parts per thousand). Brackish water, since it does cover a range of salinity regimes, the salinity can vary considerably over space and time.
